| 摘要:考虑到目前用于采煤机状态监测的压电自供电装置不能实时改变固有频率，从而实现与外界激励频率共振，本文研究一种自适应外界激励频率的可变质量块位置调节装置，对其进行数学模型的理论推导、固有频率的有限元仿真以及装置的实验研究。研究结果表明：随着压电俘能器悬臂梁重心的变化，压电俘能器发电量最大值对应的激励频率逐渐增加。本文研究的自适应外界激励频率的可变质量块位置调节装置的频率变化范围为7Hz到55Hz。通过本文研究的自适应外界激励频率的可变质量块位置调节装置，使得安装于采煤机各处的压电俘能装置输出功率在300mW左右。说明本文研究的自适应外界激励频率的可变质量块位置调节装置能够适应采煤机工作时不同位置的适应不同外界激励频率，保持对监测装置稳定供电。 |

| Abstract:Considering the shearer condition monitoring for piezoelectric self powered device can not change the inherent frequency, so as to realize the frequency resonance with the outside world, the variable mass position of an adaptive external excitation frequency of the adjusting device, experimental study on the mathematical model of the theory derivation, the natural frequency of the finite element simulation and device the. The results show that with the change of the center of gravity of the cantilever beam of the piezoelectric energy harvester, the excitation frequency corresponding to the maximum value of the maximum energy generation of the piezoelectric energy harvester increases. In this paper, the frequency range of the variable mass block position adjustment device with adaptive external excitation frequency is 7Hz to 55Hz. The variable mass block position adjustment device with adaptive external excitation frequency is studied in this paper, so that the output power of the piezoelectric energy harvester installed around the shearer is about 300mW. The variable mass block position adjustment device of adaptive external excitation frequency in this paper can adapt to different external excitation frequency in different positions of shearer, and maintain stable power supply for monitoring device. |
