中文摘要: 电子标签检测系统在工作环境中容易受到工频干扰和脉冲干扰的严重影响,会使测量结果出现较大偏差,甚至导致对标签质量是否合格做出错误的判断。为此提出了将滑动均值滤波和尖峰脉冲干扰滤波相结合的数字滤波方法,对标签的采样值进行滤波处理。实践证明,采用该方法后,使得标签质量是否合格的误判率降到千分之一以下,很好地解决了电子标签检测系统的抗干扰问题,显著提高了系统的稳定性及可靠性。
Abstract:Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) Radio Frequency (RF) label detection system is badly subject to industrial frequency interference and pulse interference. The ill influence results in much deviation of products measurement, even results in wrong judgment of RF label quality. A new digital filtering method combining sliding mean filter and the peak pulse interference filter was proposed to filter the sampling value of RF label. The result showed that error rate of judging the quality of RF label had dropped to one-thousandth below. The anti-interference problem of EAS RF label detection system has been solved and the reliability and stability of the system has been markedly improved by this method.
