中文摘要: 应用光纤光栅传感网络测量桥梁根式沉井在破坏性静载荷实验中的应力变化。进行现场实验,根据有限元分析,多通道光纤光栅传感阵列设计安装在沉井的合适位置。根据沉井土层的分布情况,共布置10层光纤光栅传感元,每层包括8个光纤光栅应变计和1个光纤光栅温度补偿器。布置安装的光纤光栅传感系统通过对每层8个应变点的监测,可以准确测量同一水平结构层的应力变化分布。实验结果表明,光纤光栅传感网络可以在全程载荷实验过程中,监测桥墩的应力变化,为桥梁的安全运营提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:Fiber Bragg Grating sensor networks were used to monitor root type caisson foundation strain parameters during a destructive static load test. A field test site was established, multi-channel FBG sensor arrays were also constructed to fit the caisson and its specific location was determined by finite element method. Fit the caisson with 10 layer FBG sensors according to soil structure, each layer consisting of 8 FBG strain sensors and 1 FBG temperature compensate sensor, respectively. The constructed FBG sensors system using WDM and the signal-processing program could successfully measure the strains distribution of the same horizontal structure layer at eight sensing points. The test results show that FBG sensor networks could exactly monitor the strain variations of the pier structure during the full scale load test, and provided a reliable basis for the safety of the bridge.
