中文摘要: 针对火炮发射点火和炮弹爆炸光信号的特性,设计了一种基于自适应阈值的炸点时间测量系统。为了准确的捕捉点火和炸点信号,系统先采集背景光的分布,以此为依据独立设置多个判断阈值,使整个探测区域上的信号阈值电平能够自适应地改变;同时采用电路硬件和软件互锁的方法防止误触发。实验表明该技术可以使系统在白天或干扰光线比较强的场合都能可靠工作,系统的测量误差不超过0.2ms。
Abstract:According to the characteristics of ignition and explosion signals, a system for detecting the artillery’s explosion time based on self-adaptive threshold is developed. In order to catch the weak signals accurately, we gather the distribution of background light first and setup a series of judgment thresholds, which can fit the intensity distribution in the whole range of the sensor, and we also mutual check the circuits and software to prevent triggering by mistake. The experiments show that this system can work reliably in both daytime and some occasions with strong disturbing light. The measurement error can be limited less than 0.2ms.
