中文摘要: 为获取井下待测地层的压力/温度,提出了一种“压力-空-温度-空”缆芯复用的频率分时传输方法。将脉冲数据与直流能量叠加,以电流形式馈入电缆,实现能量/数据的耦合传输。利用双计数器同步测频消除了 1个字误差,并设计了压力/温度实际值的拟合算法。试验结果表明,该测量方法能够满足井下远距离传输的要求,可与电子压力计配合实现地面直读测量,压力测量精度为0.1%FS,温度测量精度为±0.5℃。
Abstract:To obtain pressures and temperatures of the formations in oil and gas well testing, a downhole wireline remote telemetry method is developed by using time division frequency transmission technology in the ‘Pressure-Low-Temperature-Low’ mode. It also enables to supply power to the downhole tool on a single-core wired-armored cable. The coded pulse data are modulated on power signals. Then the surface processor uses double countered synchronism method to measure the pressure/temperature frequencies. A fitting algorithm is presented to solve actual pressures and temperatures. The results show that the developed methods can satisfy the requirements of downhole remote telemetry and surface readout using a wireline-conveyed gauge. The system has been successfully applied to the onshore well testing with a pressure accuracy of 0.1%FS and temperature accuracy of ±0.5℃.
