中文摘要: 目前汽车已装备电动转向器和电子稳定控制器以防止侧滑。汽车电动转向器和电子稳定控制器不但需要转向扭矩传感器,而且需要转向角度传感器。磁阻式(MR)转向传感器既可以检测转向扭矩,也可同时检测转向时的转向角。MR转向传感器的由磁性敏感元件和信号盘组成。从MR转向传感器的输出信号可以得到转向扭矩和转向角的信息。最后给出了MR转向传感器的性能特性曲线。
Abstract:Preventing from side slipping, automobiles are being equipped EPS (Electric Power Steering)and ESP(Electronic Stability Program) at present. We need not only steering torsion sensor but aslo steering angle sensor for EPS and ESP. Magneto-resistance steering sensor is a substitute for steering torsion sensor, this new-type sensor can measure steering torsion and angle. Magneto-resistance steering sensor consists of sensitive magnetic elements and signal disc. After the output circuit being designed, we can obtain steering torsion and angle though the signal from the output circuit ultimately. And at the end of this paper, the characteristic curve of magneto-resistance steering sensor is showed.
