中文摘要: 本文提出一种利用GMR传感器来检测物体转动惯量的方法。连接了磁性功能材料的旋臂可以在磁场的操纵下旋转,GMR传感器可以通过检测磁性功能材料产生的磁场强度得到旋臂运动过程中角度的变化,根据旋转过程的不同可判断旋臂的转动惯量的情况。本文据此制作了物理模型进行实验,并建立了数学模型进行悬臂运动过程的动力学分析,证明了这种利用GMR传感器检测转动惯量变化的方案是可行的。GMR传感器的这一应用可用于检测微小物体的转动惯量。
Abstract:This paper proposes a new method to detect inertia moment by GMR sensor. Rotatable arm attached with permanent magnet can be rotated by special magnetic field. The angle and position of the rotatable arm are obtained by detecting the intensity of the permanent magnet’s magnetic field using GMR sensor, thus the inertia moment of the rotatable arm is obtained according to the difference of the rotating process. A physical model was devised, and at the same time, a mathematic model was established to analyze dynamics of the arm’s rotating. The experiment results and the simulation results are consistent. They certificate the feasibility of this method to detect inertia moment.
