中文摘要: 纳米TiO2颗粒经表面处理制得稳定分散的水基TiO2浆体。谢乐公式计算出晶粒平均粒径均为58.0nm左右,HRTEM谱图观察晶粒粒径约为50nm左右与谢乐公式计算相一致,且纳米粒子基本呈椭圆形,SDBS包覆于纳米粒子表面,起到空间位阻作用抑制了纳米颗粒的团聚。实验研究了溶液pH值、分散处理时间和分散剂用量等因素对浆体稳定性的影响,结果由FT-IR分析表明,较佳的工艺条件下制得的浆体溶液中,SDBS对TiO2颗粒的吸附方式由物理吸附趋于化学吸附,并以多层吸附的形式通过静电作用和空间位阻作用有效防止纳米粒子团聚,制得了稳定分散的水基纳米TiO2浆体。

Abstract:nanosized TiO2 was surface treated to get hydro-based nanosized TiO2 suspension dispersed stably. the average crystal size is about 58.0nm calculated by Scherrer’s equation, TiO2 are spheres and the size is about 50nm studied by HRTEM, and SDBS coated on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles to prevent particles reuniting with each other. The stability of suspension was researched experimentally as to the factors such as pH of solution, the time of treated, the content of SDBS. After the study by FT-IR, we know that, in TiO2 suspension which was prepared in good condition, SDBS adsorb on nanoparticles surface in the form of chemistry bond to be multi-layer which make strong electrostatic effect and steric hindrance repulsion between particles preventing nanoparticles to reunite, then we get nanosized TiO2 suspension dispersed stably.
