中文摘要: 结合电荷耦合器件和外围设备,介绍了一种CCD图像数据采集系统设计。采用74HC04逻辑非芯片将模数转换芯片和数据缓存芯片之间的CLK信号适当延迟,解决了图像数据模数转换后输出到FIFO缓存的时序控制问题。通过电路设计解决了微控制器难以直接应用于高速数据采集的难题,实现连续图像数据采集和处理,具有较好的通用性。
Abstract:Compared with Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and specialized Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Micro Controller Unit (MCU) has the advantage in cost, stability and embeddability, but suffers from the problem of low processing speed and is not applicable in high-speed data acquisition. In this paper, an improved design of circuit is presented to accomplish a MCU based data acquisition system. In order to solve the time sequence control of image data from A/D to FIFO, a 74HC04 logic chip was time sequence control of image data from A/D to FIFO, a 74HC04 logic chip First-IN-First-Out (FIFO) chip. Continuous data acquisition could be achieved by this system. It can also be applied in many other applications with better flexibility.
