中文摘要: 介绍一种检测甲烷气体的全光纤传感方法。基于甲烷气体的近红外吸收光谱,采用LED 宽带光源,通过光纤 光栅和压电陶瓷(PZT) 对其进行波长调制,获得窄带出射光,检测二次谐波,实现甲烷气体浓度的较高灵敏度测量。
Abstract:An optical fiber gas sensor for methane is described. Based on the principles of methane molecules’near - infrared absorption spectra , a LED is used as a light source and its wavelength modulation is realized by a fiber grating and piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) to obtain modulated narrowband output light . The high sensitivity detection of methane can be obtained from the second harmonic signal .
