中文摘要: 微波理疗是医学中常用的一种治疗手段, 其中微波场下的测温技术一直是个难题。本文给出基于荧光寿命的
测温方法, 在对荧光测温机理和光纤技术进行理论分析的基础上, 研究一定荧光材料在函数脉冲或方波脉冲激励
下所呈现的光学特性与温度的确定或非确定关系, 以及这一特性的温度相关性采用与调制荧光信号相关的双参考
源相位锁定测量方案, 实现荧光寿命在无激励光干扰情况下的实时测量。根据噪音和信号在小波变换下表现出的
截然不同的性质, 提出以小波变换为理论基础的温度信号特征提取及消噪方法, 解决生物医疗中各种复杂情况下
的温度的准确测量
Abstract:Based upo n the theoretical analysis of the f luo rescence temperature measurement methodolog y
and f iber opt ic technolo gy , the certain or uncertain relat ionship betw een temperatur e and opt ical characterist
ics o f some f luorescence material ex cited by functional or square- w ave pulse, as w ell as the temperature
relat ivity of the featur e are analyzed. Taking advantag e of the complete dif ferent features indicated by
noise and signal w hen w av elet transformation is appl ied, the method based o n the w av elet t ransformation
theory o f the acquisition of temperature signals and the remov ing to noise is given.
