Abstract:This paper designs a fuzzy expert system to cont rol the temperature of etching processes in MEMS
manufacture. Compared with PID algorithm cont rol system , the fuzzy expert system is more rapidly , higher ef2
ficient , and can stabilize the temperature at the preset temperature for long time.
