| Abstract:This paper describes a kind of local anaesthet ic sensitive field effect transistor sensors for procaine, dicaine
and lidocaine with tetraphenylborate as electric active material, dioctyl phthalate as plosticizer. It is a solid??state, small
size, miniatured, integrated, fast response and low output impedance. The sensor has not only the feature of ISFET but
makes facilities and low??priced. So it is possible to be used for one??time. It can be used to analyse the contents of local
anaesthet ic drug in injection, and the result agrees with the method in pharmacopoeia of China. |
