中文摘要: 针对当前转速参数测量方法,因物理引线及敏感器件难以在高温等恶劣环境下可靠生存的测试技术难点问题,提出了一种可应用于特殊恶劣环境的无线无源转速参数测试方法。基于电磁互感耦合,深入探讨和分析了读取天线端电压信号幅值随转速周期性减小的无线传感机制,制作了转速无线无源LC敏感器件及信号解调电路,构建了无线无源转速测试验证系统,对无线转速测试方法进行验证。理论与实验结果表明,该测试方法可以实现转速测试。同时,无线无源转速参数测试方法因其无需引线,体积小,非接触实现能量传输等优点,为高温高旋等恶劣环境中转速参数的测试提供了可靠解决方案。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the current measurement method of rotational speed parameters is difficult for the physical leads and sensitive devices to survive reliably in high temperature and other harsh environments, a wireless passive rotational speed parameter measurement method is proposed, which can be applied to the special harsh environment. Based on electromagnetic mutual inductance coupling, the wireless sensing mechanism that the amplitude of the terminal voltage signal of the reading antenna decreases periodically with the rotational speed was discussed and analyzed, and the wireless passive LC sensor and the signal demodulation circuit were fabricated. A wireless passive speed testing and verification system was constructed, and the wireless speed testing method was verified. The theoretical and experimental results show that the method can realize the speed measurement. At the same time, because of the advantages of no lead, small volume and non-contact energy transmission, wireless passive rotational speed parameters measurement method provides a reliable solution for the measurement of rotational speed parameters in high temperature and high rotation environment.
